We accurately analyze customer needs and expectations, and manage all our business processes in a planned and measurable way with process-oriented management. We aim for continuous improvement with the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle.
We accept protecting the health and safety of our employees and operating with an environmentally conscious approach as our fundamental responsibility. We identify and take precautions against risks in advance, and ensure full compliance with legal regulations. While minimizing environmental impacts through natural resource efficiency and waste reduction, we provide a healthy working environment with a zero work accident target.

We process data belonging to our customers, employees, and suppliers lawfully, adhering to rules of honesty; only as much as necessary (limited and proportionate) and in a transparent process.
